Bust left, wearing tiara decorated with eight-rayed star; torque ends in sea-horse / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩN ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ ΑPΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ, Archer (Arsakes I) seated right on throne, holding bow.
