Pashiz Coins – Auction Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all auctions conducted by Pashiz Coins via www.pashizcoins.com or affiliated platforms.
1. Authenticity Guarantee
We offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity on all items sold. Any item proven not to be authentic will be refunded in full, provided the claim is submitted within 30 calendar days of the auction date (postmark date applies for mailed items). Burden of proof lies with the buyer. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Lot Descriptions and Returns
Descriptions, grades, and conditions are cataloguer's opinions; no warranty is implied. Graded Coins may not be returned if removed from the holder. Group Lots and literature are final sales and not returnable. Returns are only accepted for items proven to be inauthentic and under the terms above.
3. Bidding
- All bidders must register on pashizcoins.com.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bid or exclude bidders at our discretion, before or after the auction.
- All bids are binding and cannot be cancelled once submitted.
4. Cancellation Fees
If a winning bid or order is cancelled by the buyer, a fee applies:
- Full buyer's premium.
- 10% consignment fee based on the hammer price.
Cancellation is only accepted upon written request and our approval. The fee must be paid in full before any further participation.
5. High-Value Bids Security
For bids exceeding £1,000 per lot, we reserve the right to:
- Request and securely store credit card details through a PCI DSS-compliant provider.
- Charge cancellation fees to the card if a buyer defaults, subject to prior agreement and notice.
6. Buyer’s Premium
A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. Lots marked with [ ]% BP have a premium different than the standard premium, which is always mentioned in the lot title and description.
7. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made within 10 calendar days of the sale date.
- Currency: British Pounds (GBP)
- Accepted methods: Bank transfer, cash, UK cheques and Crypto.
- Foreign cheques are not accepted.
- UK cheques require 7 business days to clear.
- Late payments (after 10 days) incur a £9.50 late fee.
- To pay via PayPal please contact us.
- Invoices unpaid after 20 days may be cancelled and items re-offered.
- Please note, PayPal and credit card are not available for [ ]% BP Lots as it might subjects to additional fee. Please contact us at info@pashizcoins.com for more info.
8. Shipping and Collection
Shipping will be calculated based on weight, destination and value at checkout. Buyers may also opt to arrange their own shipping or collect from our shop at Alfies Antique Market, Unit B11, Basement, London.
9. Taxes and Fees
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, shipping fees, and international bank charges incurred outside the UK.
10. Title and Risk
Title passes to the buyer upon full payment. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Dispatch
All items will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving full cleared payment.

13. Buyer Responsibility
Bidders are personally responsible for purchases. No claims will be accepted for acting on behalf of third parties. Sales are final at the fall of the hammer.
14. Force Majeure
Pashiz Coins Ltd is not liable for delays or non-performance due to external factors such as strikes, postal issues, customs delays, or force majeure events.
15. Data Protection
All customer data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Credit card data is stored securely by PCI DSS-compliant providers. We do not store card information ourselves.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
