How to participate
We run two kinds of auction – the Daily Auction, with new coins closing every day, and our E-Auctions, our major sales held a few times a year. Here is how to bid in each, and how to sell your own coins through us.

Your Pashiz Coins shop account works for the Daily Auction only. To bid in our E-Auctions you need to register a separate E-Auction account – your shop login will not work there.

The Daily Auction uses the same account as our online shop. New here? Registering is free and takes a minute – just your name and email address. Only registered customers can bid, so everyone you bid against is a real person.

Find a coin you like
Open the Daily Auction to see every lot with its estimate, current bid and a live countdown. Lots close one after another, so check the timer.

Enter your maximum bid
Type the most you are happy to pay and press Place bid, then Confirm. You do not pay your maximum – we bid for you, step by step, only as much as needed to keep you in the lead.
Example Opening bid £40. You enter £100, another bidder enters £60. You lead at £65 – one step above them – and your remaining maximum stays secret.The box shows what you would pay including the premium. If two people bid the same maximum, the earlier bid wins.

Follow the bidding
Pages update live – no need to refresh. You get an email when your bid is confirmed and another if someone outbids you, so you can bid again.
No sniping: a bid in the last few minutes extends the closing time, so everyone has a fair chance to reply. The current closing time is always shown on the lot.
All your bids, watched lots and wins are in My account → Auction bids.

Win, pay and receive your coin
When the timer ends and you are the highest bidder, we email you straight away and the coin is added to your basket automatically, on any device. Check out as usual – together with anything else from our shop. Please pay within 2 days.
- Card payments are confirmed instantly
- Bank transfer or cash – we confirm your order as soon as the payment arrives
- We post your coin securely, or collect it from our London gallery by appointment

Register for E-Auctions
Create your E-Auction account on our auction account page. It is separate from your shop account, so please register even if you already shop with us.

Browse the catalogue
Each sale has a full online catalogue with photos, descriptions and estimates on our website. It is also shown on Biddr and NumisBids.

Place your bids
Log in with your E-Auction account and bid online before and during the sale. Set your maximum early so you never miss a lot. All bids are binding.

Receive your invoice
After the sale we send each winner one invoice: hammer price + 20% buyer's premium + shipping.

Pay and receive
Pay within 10 days. We then post your coins securely, or you can collect them from our London gallery by appointment.
Selling your coins with us
Whether it is one coin or a whole collection, we sell it for you in our E-Auctions or the Daily Auction. We do the photography, research and cataloguing – you just follow the bidding.

Free valuation
We advise which auction suits your coins best, suggest estimates, agree any reserve and our commission with you, and you sign a simple consignment agreement.

We list it
We photograph, identify and describe every coin professionally. E-Auction catalogues are also promoted to collectors worldwide on Biddr and NumisBids.

Watch it sell
Follow the bids live like everyone else. With a reserve, your coin never sells for less than you agreed.

Get paid
We pay you within 10 working days of the buyer paying, with a clear statement of what sold and for how much.
Quick questions
Can I use my Pashiz Coins account for the E-Auctions?
No – E-Auctions need their own account. Your shop account is only for the shop and the Daily Auction. Register for E-Auctions here.
Why is the buyer's premium different?
Each type of auction has its own terms: the Daily Auction has a 9% buyer's premium and the E-Auctions 20%. The premium is always added to the hammer price, and it is shown on every lot before you bid.
Can I cancel a bid?
Bids are binding, so please check the amount before you confirm. If you made a genuine mistake, contact us straight away and we will do our best to help.
What does "reserve not met" mean?
Some lots have a hidden minimum price. If bidding does not reach it, the coin is not sold.
I won several lots – do I pay for each one separately?
No. In the Daily Auction everything you win goes into the same basket, so you pay once. In an E-Auction you get one invoice for all your lots.
Where do I see my Daily Auction bids?
In My account → Auction bids: your bids, your maximums (only you can see them), watched lots and wins.
What if my coin does not sell?
We will talk to you about relisting it, adjusting the opening bid, or returning it – whichever you prefer.
