Parthian
The Parthian Empire, ruling much of Iran and Mesopotamia, was a major rival to Rome. Their coinage, mainly silver drachms and tetradrachms, featured portraits of kings with distinctive tiaras on the obverse and seated archer motifs on the reverse, reflecting their warrior culture and royal authority.
