Lot 367:
Miniature Ancient Greek Lead Amphora
Description
A tiny ancient Greek lead amphora-shaped votive or token, featuring two small handles and faint incised decorations on the body. Such miniature vessels were often symbolic offerings, used in sanctuaries or as charms, representing wine, oil, or other goods. Despite encrustations and minor damage, the amphora retains its classic elongated form. Likely dates from the Hellenistic to Roman period.
