A cast bronze handle terminal formed as a bearded male mask with prominent eyes, moustache and stylised facial features, surmounted by a cylindrical socket for attachment to a handle or shaft. Attractive green patina with light earthen deposits. A well-modelled decorative Roman fitting. 53.33 g, 65 mm.
