Draped bust of Shapur II to right, wearing mural crown with korymbos; deteriorated legend around/ Fire altar with ribbons flanked by two attendants; bust to right in flames; altar shaft; to left and right, pseudo-Pahlavi legend. Göbl type Ia/6a. SNS III/2, type Ib1/3a. Struck from a small die and with two minor damage on the obverse otherwise very fine.
