A finely carved steatite amulet in the form of a stylised lotus flower, symbolising rebirth and regeneration in ancient Egyptian belief. The obverse is decorated in shallow relief with a triad of lotus blossoms, radiating with linear details. The reverse is plain and smoothed, showing signs of age and wear. Such amulets were often worn or placed in tombs as protective charms, invoking eternal life.
