BAKTRIA: Indo-Greek Kingdom. Hermaios Soter. Circa 105-90 BC. AE Tetradrachm (7.95g/ 22mm). Posthumous issue struck by Indo-Skythians near Kabul, circa 70-65 BC. Diademed and draped bust right / Zeus seated slightly left, raising hand and holding scepter; monogram to left; uncertain Kharosthi letter to right. Senior, Hermaios 42aT.1/3; Bopearachchi 20M; HGC 12, 308. Dark green and brown patina, encrustation, reverse slightly off center. Very fine, uncleaned.
